Bernard Bittler always liked to draw and the work of some artists fascinated him. After 4 years of learning industrial design in perspective and a BTS in his pocket he went directly into the professional life to work in a design office.
At the same time he continued to draw because he was passionate about the worlds of fantasy, science fiction and fantasy … Self-taught, Bernard created a book of illustrations in these fields working with various techniques (oil painting, acrylic, gouache, watercolor, pastel, charcoal, black stone, airbrush …).
He abandoned industrial design to start as a freelancer, with his book of illustrations under his arm, which allowed him to enter the world of video games as an artist concept and also illustrated several board games And role playing games. He also learned the technique of modeling and realized, among other things, fifteen reproductions in small sizes of busts of the great authors at the Comédie Française. He also trained in digital design.
Since 2003 he is represented by an agent in the field of rough, storybard and illustrations for the world of advertising but continues to illustrate for his clients as well as for personal works.
